Function Description

This machine is suitable for mass production process of automatic liquid injection package for Aluminum packaging lithium ion battery (compatible for EV).Main functions of this machine: automatic feeding of ammunition clip, automatic scanning and input of battery bar code, manual input of batch number of incoming electrolyte, weighing before liquid injection, vacuum liquid injection, vacuum static setting, vacuum packaging, packaging after liquid injection, NG sorting, discharging of battery magazine and other functions

Technical Feature

The equipment cavity is equipped with automatic detach mechanism, which facilitates the maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanism of the cavity
The cavity sealing station can be rotated 90 degrees, and the sealing block is facing the operating position to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the sealing block
